To fulfill our clients’ different demands, YuanHang is dedicated to developing and manufacturing not only our conventional propellers and its components, but all kinds of cooper alloy castings with high precision such as flange cover, cylinder. Therefore, YuanHang has imported an advanced Vertical Gantry Machining Center to achieve the goal of higher efficiency but lower cost.
In 2014, YuanHang started R&D on casting and machining of BWMS filter body. With 3 years of technical accumulation and decades of accumulated experience in bronze casings, YuanHang has successfully been recognized?by global filter maker and reached to a deep cooperation relationship on production?of filter body.
In the beginning of 2018, YuanHang cooperated with Wartsila Singapore on the production of pump body.
All our cooper alloy castings, filter and pump body are processed by CNC milling machines to achieve high precision. The application of CNC milling in filter & pump body production in China is not yet common.
